Supply Chain Manager (Procurement, Production Planning, Warehouse)

Role Description

1. Responsible for new material development, sampling, and related data collection.

2. Develop qualified suppliers based on purchasing needs; conduct inquiries, cost analysis, and price negotiations.

3. Follow up on contract execution, registration, and filing.

4. Monitor raw material market trends and adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner.

5. Formulate annual cost-down plans and implement price reduction measures for special projects.

6. Handle material FCST, stock preparation, ordering, delivery, reconciliation, and payment requests.

7. Assist in handling supplier delivery and quality issues, including claims follow-up.

8. Manage warehouse materials, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain in/out records.

9. Develop production plans, collect and review monthly material demand planning data.

10. Provide regular production progress updates to headquarters.



Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 5-10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing; procurement experience in the electronics industry is preferred.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills with good verbal presentation ability.

4. Excellent observation, judgment, pressure resistance, and execution abilities.

5. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
